Anna Nahajski-Staples

Anna Nahajski-Staples is the founder of Moneghetti Minerals. 

Anna applies her international capital markets experience to drive superior shareholder returns while building a company to be proud of supporting. She is decisive, insists on high standards across all levels of the business, loves engaging with stakeholders around the world and thinks big. 

Anna is an investment banker with 28 years’ experience (15 years in mining) representing over half a billion dollars in global transactions. Anna is Executive Director of Paloma Investments and a Founding Director of copper-gold explorer Larvotto Resources (ASX: LRV) and New Zealand-focused gold explorer Siren Gold (ASX: SNG).

Anna is a Fellow of Finsia, a graduate of the Governance Institute of Australia (2009) and the Australian Institute of Company Directors (2007) and studied accounting at Harvard University (1993) before receiving a Bachelor of Business Administration with a scholarship from the University of Washington. 

Anne Hite

Anne Hite is a mineral industry veteran with over 20 years’ experience with focus on providing strategic and financial communications to the junior mining sector. Her investor relations consultancy business has provided insight into the financial, legal, regulatory and geological environment to many junior companies similar to Moneghetti Minerals. Past clients and employers have held producing, development and producing projects in North America, South America and Africa.

Anne is passionate about the mining industry but equally passionate about being part of a new generation of mineral exploration companies equally focused on the sustainable and responsible resource growth at our projects as well as creating a female-led management team.

Nancy Richter

Technical Director

MS (Economic Geology)

Nancy Richter is an economic geologist with more than 25 years of experience in the minerals industry. Her experience ranges from grassroots exploration across the western United States to discovery, development and production of Carlin-type gold projects in Nevada.

From 2005 to 2020, Nancy was a senior member of Barrick Gold’s exploration team, managing exploration at two of Barrick’s major districts as Chief Exploration Geologist, Turquoise Ridge (2013-2015) and Chief Exploration Geologist, Cortez (2015-2017), then later leading all US exploration as US Exploration Manager (2017-2020). Under her leadership, Nancy’s team discovered the high-grade Fourmile deposit in the Cortez camp.

Nancy is a member of Geologic Society of Nevada (GSN), was past President of the Elko chapter of the GSN and is a member of the Society of Economic Geologists. Nancy holds an MS in Economic Geology from the University of Arizona.

Karina Bader

Independent Non-Executive Director

Karina Bader is a resources investment professional and geologist who reviews our strategic decisions, applying the same scrutiny she uses to make good investment decisions.

Karina holds a Bachelor of Science majoring in Earth Science as well as a Master of Business Administration (Tech Mgt) . She is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Director Course. She graduated from Monash University in 1995 when she began working as a geologist in the mining industry. She worked in technical & operational roles in exploration and resource definition for various gold mining companies including Great Central Mines & Plutonic Resources.

More recently, Karina has spent 13 years working in capital markets as a resources and energy analyst for a boutique fund manager specialising in emerging companies covering gold, base metals, speciality metals, bulks, uranium and petroleum commodities. She has also held director roles at not-for-profit organisations for five years.

KYLE E. LARSON

EXPLORATION MANAGER, NORTH AMERICA

Kyle is a consulting economic geologist based in Boise, Idaho. Kyle has held multiple positions with both mining and exploration companies in the western U.S. Kyle began his career in mining and mineral exploration with Barrick Gold in 2009. During this time, he supported the award-winning team at Goldrush-Fourmile-Cortez Hills, accounting for significant resource additions to the Cortez District and conducted generative exploration in North America. In 2016 he co-founded and became the managing partner of Extrados Exploration, a consulting services company for the mineral resource industry. His passion for economic geology as a field science has led to the formation of a world-class team of geoscientists who value traditional applications for mining and mineral exploration.

Kyle is an active member of the Geological Society of Nevada (GSN) and a Fellow of the Society for Economic Geologists.

DR MICHAEL CUNNINGHAM

INDEPENDANT CONSULTANT GEOLOGIST

Dr Michael Cunningham has over 15 years’ experience as a geologist. His post-doctoral research involved evaluation and modelling of active oceanic slope processes and related hazards.

Mike has worked in the Irish and British civil services. He has consulted on projects in Australia and overseas (Indonesia, Lao, Sri Lanka, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Tanzania, Congo, Liberia and Malaysia), and on a variety of commodities including gold, iron, graphite, lead, zinc, antimony and coal. His expertise covers 3D modelling of vein and epithermal styles of mineralisation, drill targeting, modelling, Mineral Resource estimation, and modelling and evaluation of Exploration Targets.

Mike prepares IGRs and undertakes due diligence and valuation studies, and is a well accomplished project manager. He is a Member of the AIG and the AusIMM and has the appropriate relevant qualifications, experience, competence and independence to be considered a ‘Specialist’ and ‘Competent Person’ under the VALMIN (2015) and JORC (2012) codes, respectively.
